Dear friends at Kidlington Zendo

Michael has invited me to sit with you but there are 800km between us, most of them in the sea, so it’s difficult for me to come regularly. I hope however to come one day and sit with you.

Meanwhile, I hope these words and pictures help in sharing the path.

What else can I add? Just wish you all a fruitful practice, abide in the boundless mind and then, please, come and tell me. Michael knows how to reach me.

I would like to say good bye with a (modified) quote from the Pali Suttas:

”Over there are the roots of tree; over there, empty dwellings; over there empty lofts. Practice jhana, monks. Don’t be heedless. Don’t later fall into regret. This is our message to you.”

Best wishes,

David Garcia (dojhana)

David Garcia shares Michael’s teacher, Koro Kaisan Miles. When when we sit on Thursday evenings, he’s at his Tai Chi class in Denmark.
