Whenever I get across the Atlantic, from Toronto, I like to visit the Kidlington Zendo. Stretching up the step-ladder is a great way to loosen up after a long flight. |

Meditation, for me, is about slowing down for a change and not rushing on to the next thing, taking a bit of time to breathe and smile. I used to meditate on a cushion on the sofa, until my wife said something really strange was happening to the shape of the cushions in our house. The floor is fine for meditating, too. |
