Meditation for me is an internal exhibition. I’m holding on for a
while, just listening and sensing, like a spy. I’m better with this
in company. When I’m on my own or with my family, I don’t take the space and the time, and they accept it much better if I have an
‘appointment’ than me taking some time out at home. Currently I’m
only meditating once a week together with Michael. My aim is to stop myself from hurrying, worrying, talking, thinking and to find the
peaceful place inside of me in which there is only listening and
observing without judgements, without anything to achieve or becoming anything else than I am now.
