Sometimes, I talk a lot. I am trying to talk less now.

I like meditation, and this is one form of it.
I breathe in and breathe out. I put my hands in a meditation shape. I almost always remember to put my feet in the right position. This is another form of meditation. I breath in, and think it is amazing to be alive. I breath out, and think it is wonderful to be alive. I breath in again, and feel calm. I breath out again, and smile. It makes me feel that I want to study Zen when I’m older.

I think meditation is a great experience.
